Vibro Garbage Purifier

Garbage purifier; It is used to separate straw, garbage, ears and unwanted substances from grain. The product entering the separator is sifted by spreading on the sieves with the vibration of the vibro motors placed at the center of gravity of the machine. Foreign materials are transmitted out of the machine by vibration. The sorted and broken product is poured onto the lower sieve. The sieve surfaces are constantly cleaned by plastic balls located inside the sieve. There is mica glass for observation purposes. Since vibro motors are mounted directly on the machine, belts, pulleys, bearings and hanger rods are not used. Screen cases are easy to disassemble. They require minimum maintenance.
